Terms of Service

1. Description of Services

The BIG Coupon Book is an annual publication that provides a collection of coupons/offers of discounts,

promotions, and/or special deals on products and/or services provided by local businesses.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using The BIG Coupon Book's services, you (the client/business) agree to be bound by these terms

and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access the services.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to honor coupons provided by The BIG Coupon Book in a manner consistent with all applicable laws

and regulations. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all

activities that occur under your account.

4. Intellectual Property

You agree and acknowledge all content provided by you including but not limited to text, graphics, logos,

information and images is owned by you, the client.

5. Limitation of Liability

The BIG Coupon Book shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages

arising out of the use of or inability to use the services provided.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The BIG Coupon Book and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees,

and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the services. Additionally you agree

to indemnify and hold harmless The BIG Coupon Book if there are any mistakes, misspellings, or any errors within

the coupon book /coupon pages, and coupon offers. 

7. Modification of Terms

The BIG Coupon Book reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be effective

immediately upon posting to the The BIG Coupon Book's website.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Colorado.

9. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements and

understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter herein.

10 . In the event that the coupon book fails to go to print due to circumstances beyond the control of The BIG

Coupon Book, including but not limited to insufficient client participation, printing errors, or unforeseen production

issues, The BIG Coupon Book shall refund any funds paid by the client for the advertisement space. The Big

Coupon Book shall not be held liable or obligated to the client for any damages, compensation, or other claims

arising from the failure to print the coupon book.

11. By approving the digital proof of the coupon page(s) sent via email, you agree to the terms of service listed 

within this agreement.
